Jos studied marketing and communication at the University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam. After a period of travelling the globe he started his career as a marketer in music industry for Live Nation followed by nine years in fashion & design industry for VF Corporation. He became a strong brand builder who understands how to build a clear brand positioning in a strong competitive market.
‘Consumer insights and clear understanding of our job-to-be-done enables us to align our efforts and improves collaboration between departments’.
My first 2,5 years in fitness were very exciting. Working towards sustainable growth our strategy shifted from cost communication to value communication and from analogue to digital. We consistently practice the outside-in approach and have impact on the entire customer journey.
We managed to change our pricing packaging strategy offering more and better support for our members at a higher price point.
We will continue to improve our members’ experiences on their journey towards a happy and healthy lifestyle.
